Danciano x Florenstan I

Danciana is a beautiful jet black mare who shows  herself to be a true daughter of the impressive Danciano stallion. A large framed, 17.0-1/2h, confident dressage stallion, Danciano is  extremely rideable and possesses three excellent and powerful gaits. At his 30 day stallion test he was awarded a 10.0 for the trot and an 8.48, which was the highest overall mark. For dressage stallions he earned an 8.91, the second highest mark.

Danciana's dam line is equally as impressive. Her dam sire is the famous and extremely influential Florenstan I stallion. Now deceased, one can still see his mark on many of today's sport horses, having produced 190 States Premium broodmares and over 80 approved stallions. This marvelous Westphalian Champion bay stallion stood at 16'3h. He was Champion of the 1998 Rhinelander stallion licensing performance test with a total index of 129.02 points and the winner of the dressage and show jumping divisions. Florenstan I is a true Foundation stallion stamping his progeny and creating a breeding line of his own.

Danciana was purchased in Germany by Steamboat Creek Farm in February of 2021. She is a registered Westphalian premium mare, who has three correct and impressive gaits along with excellent rideablity. She is now in the Netherlands where she gave birth to a beautiful black filly 'Skydancer' by Glocks Zonik (see Foals page). She will be imported to the US in July 2021, in foal to Jameson RS2 (Blue Hors Zack x Negro).
